Looks like something with the latest update to the dev code. When I try to download using Drush or build my site using Drush make I get the following error:

File references-7.x-2.x-dev.tar.gz is corrupt (wrong md5 checksum).

Might be a temporary outage. At any rate, this is not anything a module maintainer can act upon.
There were additional commits since you reported this, so the gz tarball should have been regenerated by now.
