I noticed a few minor CSS issues that seemed "off" to me. I'm not a designer and I'm not going to back up my requests with anything more than "it looks off, to me".
To help visualize this I made a screencast:
http://screencast.com/t/rZTeChDn4Kc
Front page
Map: The map's bubble periodically goes off the visible area of the page thus making the bubble difficult (if not impossible) to read.
Showcase site: The image seems to be randomly placed and not well defined. Additionally the showcase title blends in with the text below. The title is a different color but the size and font are the same so it appears like a misplaced link that is part of the paragraph instead of the title of the showcase image
Issues:
When viewing issues the comments did not appear as well defined as what is on drupal.org. Perhaps I just need to get used to it but it seems messy to my eye.

lisarex commentedThe map problem is documented in another issue #932866: QA: Home / Interactive Map
Same with issue queues (multiple places) and Sites made with Drupal (this is the biggest area of investement I see needed on the redesign site. Content is all over the place and not well-maintained). Happy to explain in person.
