Should download button start the download of the latest release or should it go to the download page?

Actually, it seems to be a download of the latest version based on button text. So, task is to make the download button a dynamic link that automatically points to the latest release. Changing to the drupal.org module.

Download button also appears on the Get Started page - drupalorg-start.tpl.php
