Bug when using Nodeaccess module - duplicate rows in recent changes list

Hello. I found a bug when using Nodeaccess module 6.x-1.2.

I use Nodeaccess to grant access to book pages for different authenticated users.
If I set access per existing user in "Grant" tab in book page then I get for this granted user double rows for each page change in "Recent changes" list page (see attaches screens below).

If I login as admin or as anonymous user - all ok.

Any ideas?
