Our site required the Read More Custom text for the teaser display on one of our content types to be translatable. Since the custom text is stored as variables I created the following patch to localize the variables. I added a form element to the format settings to allow control of localizing variables.

Thanks for the patch, @raven_web!

I applied the patch against both 7.x-1.2 and the most recent dev release (2014-Aug-13 ), cleared my caches, enabled translation for a given content type, then navigated to /admin/config/content/read-more-control/multilingual as directed by the "Configure Translation" link. There I see the form in the attached image; there's no way for me to actually set translations for different languages. If I change the "text" value in one place, that's the text that's used no matter which language I'm using to view the site.

Any tips on how to get this working properly?
