version 1.x-dev seems to be Drupal 9 ready.

Please see #3204540: Obsolete this module and suggest that Advanced Help is used instead.

I have pushed the changes to dev I will have a look at the other module however and talk to his maintainer and see what he says before changing the status of this module back.
