Register of interests

Things that need to happen on the register of interests:

1) Fix revisioning, config to force on.
2) Public view of register of interests, needs to be built?
3) Under legislation, spouse’s interest is your interest. Stating the interest is a spouse’s interest may be both unnecessary and risk making individual spouses identifiable. This needs input from councils on how it should work.
