We have been using 8x-1.0-beta2 on our site but after installing 8x-1.0-beta3, the 'View' and 'Clone' local task tabs show up for anonymous users. In investigating the issue I tried changing the permission in the routing file to require 'Administer content' but that didn't fix the problem. Is there something I'm missing or is anyone else having this problem?

Hi this issue was fixed on 8.x-1.0-beta3 version. Did you try to completely remove beta2 and install beta3?
