Qforms should be ready now for production use. We will wait a week or two and if nobody report some serious bug we will release 1.0.

Changes from last alpha1:
- Qform node preview now works.
- Improved usability for close/open all elements controls.
- CSS tweaks.
- Lots of testing/bug fixing.
