Hello there,

Just wondering how I'd go about enabling line numbers? Also, is there a better way of using the css in Drupal? It's just that my Bootstrap theme overrides the style settings with its own 

 css. As my theme is built from less using the Bootstrap libraries it becomes somewhat tedious having to remove 
 stylings from the compiled Bootstrap css file.

tr33m4n thanks for report the bug. If you grab the last version of PHPygments (https://github.com/capy/PHPygments/archive/1.0.2.zip) linenumbers param will work.

Try with this snippet to chek it:

[javascript linenumbers="table"]
 /**
  * Drag and drop table rows with field manipulation.
  */
 Drupal.behaviors.tableDrag = {
   attach: function (context, settings) {
      //......
   }
 };
 [/javascript]

AND

[javascript linenumbers="inline"]
 /**
  * Drag and drop table rows with field manipulation.
  */
 Drupal.behaviors.tableDrag = {
   attach: function (context, settings) {
      //......
   }
 };
 [/javascript]

The CSS will be fixed ASAP.
