Right now if you go to "proxy" or "proxy?proxy=some_domain", it just blanks out. It should 404. I think 404 is better that access denied, as it better masks the fact that the proxy is there.

Which is still kind of a windows-style error message, since it also blanks out (or 404's then) when another error occurs (like the mentioned 301)
