I find a lot of topics concerning proxy and drupal but did not find any useful topic or procedure how to make this work... Where can I change configuration or install a module or whatever to make my update working because I can access the internet over the proxy (the admins gave the server full access over the proxy without credentials). But why is the update not working over this proxy...?

This issue queue is for the proxy.module which allows Drupal to BEHAVE AS a proxy itself, by serving requests.
You issue - if it is that your server is behind a firewall and needs to use a proxy to get to the outside world - needs to be solved either with the long-standing patch at #7881: Add support to drupal_http_request() for proxy servers (http not https) or by asking your sysadmin to sort it out for you at the firewall level.

This is not the right issue queue for your problem.
