Add drush command aliases for "provision-verify"

Problem/Motivation

The drush command "provision-verify" is really long thing to type.

Steps to reproduce

Type:

drush provision-verify

Proposed resolution

Add drush command aliases for "v", "pv", and "verify".

Remaining tasks

None. (Maybe Documentation? the drush help works already, might not be needed.)
Changelog

User interface changes

$ drush help provision-verify
...
Aliases: v, pv, verify

When running verify manually, instead of needing this:

drush @hostmaster provision-verify

You can just call

drush @hm v

API changes

None.

Data model changes

None.

This was such a simple change, I went ahead and made it and pushed to 3.x.
