Once one visitor enters in the password, some subsequent visitors are able to view the page with no message to enter the password.

Steps to reproduce;
1. Create a page
2. Password protect it
3. Have a visitor visit and enter the password
4. Have another visitor on another computer/ip visit the same page

Some users are able to view the page contents with no message to enter the password.

hi @zanematthew. Similar issue was fixed in this commit on June 3rd, 2018.
Please confirm that you used latest release at the time you discovered this bug.
If you did not, please update to the latest release and let me know if the bug still exists.
