Orphaner provides Drush commands for inspecting files and removing individual files from a Drupal installation.
The module can recursively list files with modification date, size, permissions, and path. It can also delete individual regular files.
Deletion is restricted to files whose resolved path is inside the Drupal installation root, preventing the command from deleting arbitrary files outside the Drupal project.
Orphaner is intended as a lightweight command-line tool for Drupal developers and site administrators who need to inspect and remove stale files.

avpadernoIt seems you are already able to opt projects (for which you can edit the project node) into security advisory coverage. In this case, there is no need to apply to be able to opt projects into security advisory coverage.
If you are not able to opt a project into security advisory coverage, and you are maintainer of that project, it means that either you do not have the permission to edit the project node, or the project has been created less than ten days ago.

alesr commentedThanks @avpaderno.
It's less than 10 days old so I just need to review again and wait before I can opt-in.
