The module changes the page appearance per user.

Requirements

Install some custom or contributed themes to the site.

Configuration

Log in as administrator and visit admin/config/people/theme-per-user-settings; select which themes are available to users to change the page appearance.
Log in as end user and visit the user profile; on the Select Theme tab, select any theme to change the page appearance.

1.0.0 is a wrong name for a branch. The branch needs to be deleted. The name for the default branch is correct.
