If you haven't done it, yet, please check the PAReview report and fix what needs to be fixed. There could be some false positives; verify that what reported is correct, before making any change.

I've looked at the PAReview and most of the issue were valid.
I did all the necessary fixes, and pushed them to repository.

ilchovuchkov is everything fine? I've noticed that you add an empty comment. Not sure if you want to add some suggestions or maybe to change the status?
Btw. I will be patient, but I want to ask how long does it take usually to go through the whole process?
