Social polls by Opinion Stage

The goal of the Module is to allow easily adding polls to Drupal sites using the Opinion Stage platform (www.opinionstage.com).
Opinion Stage polling solution allows creating social based polls in addition to many other polling capabilities which are currently not available to Drupal users, such as adding sets of polls and much more.
Opinion Stage already successfully manage a Wordpress plugin, serving thousands of Wordpress sites and wish to offer our tools to Drupal sites as well.

I think you should use hook_block_* instead of hook_menu because you just want to list links.
Try to use drupal API instead of raw HTML in social_polls_navigate_page function and social_polls_create_link.
Remove t () on line 50, 51 and 56, and add the function t () only on $caption (line 72).
Remove $params and $options from social_polls_create_link parameters (are always empty) from your social_polls_navigate_page.
