The parallax web design concept is very popular nowadays. The key component of a parallax development is : anchor. That is why the 'Block Settings Extra' module was created. Instead on adding the anchor in your views' header or into your block's body field, you can add the anchor anytime you want to any blocks. (Doesn't matter it is views block, bean or regular block.)
The theme developers are very often need to have different styling for different blocks. This module can also add custom classes to any blocks.

WHAT IT DOES

This module currently does the following things:
1. Add anchor to the block. You could define the anchor id, anchor class, anchor's wrapper html element type as well as anchor's wrapper class.
2. Add the custom class to the block.
INSTALLATION
------------
Copy block_settings_extra to your module directory and then enable on the admin
modules page. After the installation, go to the configure page of any blocks, then you will see the field-set named: block extra settings.
