Downloaded the Module and enabled.
No .install file and README file. If it is a Field based module. It should have these things.
But didn't find any new field in my field list
No description about this module is provided.

This module does not provide any new field, This provide additional file field format option.
Try to add File field and see the available formatting options in display setting.

README.txt added.

No .install file needed.
