I use the module "5.x-1.x-dev"

Drupal 5.2
Base de données MySQL 5.0.41
Librairie GD bundled (2.0.34 compatible)
Librairie Unicode Extension PHP mbstring
PHP 5.2.3

But the CSV file is ... empty ! :-(

By default, no role nor profile field is defined to export. You have to go to admin/settings/profile_csv and tick off user roles and fields. Maybe a "configuration required" message after module activation could be useful?

Right, this is what makes the file empty, but I would suggest that you tell people somewhere that they need to configure the module. I mean, of course, you'll configure most modules you install before you use them, but I think it's good that the readme or project page or installation message say something about this.
