I developed a profile for the user on my site, which is a couple of text fields and then I let them use the user picture field from core since they had uploaded pics there already, before I started developing the profile area. The pages look good but I want to make a view display that consists on their text field profile2 fields and the user picture.... How can i accomplish this? Views seems to separate User from Profile so is it actually impossible to do this with out re dong the user picture as a field for profile2?

Have you tried to add a relationship to the chosen Profile2 profile? Check this: https://www.drupal.org/node/2027157
