I added Private_Upload to a few instances with Drupal 5.2 and everything seems to work except the "Private" checkbox doesn't appear next to the uploaded file. I added the module to a Drupal 5.1 and the "Private" checkbox does appears. The 5.1 I tested on has a bunch of other modules that are also on the 5.2 boxes, so it does not appear to be a conflict with another module. Since 5.2 just came out I figured I'd ask if this is a known issue with any work around.

It would be great if you can try out the new beta1 and see if your issue is still there. I have been testing on 5.3 without any problems.
