When i click on the print friendly button a new window opens too
i have the external links module enabled too, maybe therefore ?

Try adding http://www.printfriendly.com to "Exclude links matching the pattern" in the extlink module settings.

yes, i have done this before i have written this issue but this don't solve it
it opens the printfriendly.com website in a new window and the popup on my website (pic)
