Close button not appearing?

I just installed this module and it appears to be working fine with one exception - the close [X] is not appearing anywhere. You can see a text implementation here: http://dev.nabshowny.com/attend/show-overview

I can close the pop-up by clicking outside the box or hitting ESC, but I would prefer to have the close button appear as well for better UX.

Can you let me know if there is a setting or config that I am somehow missing to get the close button to appear?
