Plan for php attributes instead of doctrine style annotations

Problem/Motivation

Since Drupal 10.2 we can use PHP attributes instead of annotations: #3395582: Plugin types should use PHP attributes instead of annotations.

I wonder whether there's a plan implement attributes in this module?
