Plugin Manager sets

I have created something I call a Plugin Manager set. A set is a dummy module that just contains a .info file and support files to declare a set of dependencies. The set of dependencies can be used to have Plugin Manager install a pre-determined set of modules or themes. The attached example declares dependencies on the contrib modules in the Acquia Drupal distribution.

Use plugin_manager/manual to install the set tarball.
