maybe i misses something, but i think pm doesn't find all modules available for d6. in my installation, it doesn't show me the blockquote module (http://drupal.org/project/blockquote). it should be listed under "content display".

Yes, same with tac_lite -- perhaps it's a timeout issue or something in CVS?

I believe it is a problem with the way that I am parsing the XML feed. I'll try to fix this asap.

I was wrong. This is not an issue with the plugin manager. Plugin Manager uses the XML listing of all projects available on D.o (http://updates.drupal.org/release-history/project-list/all) Neither of this modules is listed as having a 6.x release in the XML. The feed appears to be in error. It is part of the Project module.
