Can anyone provide examples of sites using this module? I would like to get a better feel for what it does and how it works before going forward with it. Thanks!

Can you perhaps explain to me how this module works? I believe I need an MLS number to use it, and I do not have one for testing purposes. Does this module create CCK content that I can then map fields to, etc? I imagine this working something like Feeds?

Check out the FAQ and documentation sections on PIRETS.info. It's a bit old, but seeing as how the module is effectively dead update-wise, it's mostly accurate.
