Picker uses the Select Picker jQuery plugin to make your
elements more user-friendly.
Installation
Download the Select Picker jQuery plugin and extract the folder under /libraries as select_picker
Download and enable the module.
Usage
For the entities having the select form element, for that in the manage display you will find the picker widget, which will changes the select elements to picker
FAPI #picker property
For developers, you can force the picker library to be applied or never applied to your select FAPI element by adding $element['#picker'] = TRUE; or $element['#picker'] = FALSE; respectively
