The library PHPIDS may be removed from the packaging whitelist

I am posting this because the Drupal.org packaging whitelist entry for the library PHPIDS may be removed and this extension may rely on this entry.
For details, see this issue: #1589196: PHPIDS

Removal will happen on after September 17 2019 unless somebody objects.
