Invite online users to chat on particular node's chat

I set up a content type to be used for chat nodes only and one primary link to a default chat for the site, but I'm wondering if there's a way to be able to invite an online user to that node or to any other that might have a chat window. What about a block that shows a list of active chats going on?

Great module, by the way. Of the chat modules I looked at, this seems to be the most extensive because of incorporating phpFreeChat.
