I am able to go online and visit web pages, download e-mail, etc.. However, when I click on the petition confirmation link in my follow up e-mail (after submitting a petition node), my network connection fails. Once or twice, my website downloaded in the browser, but with an "access denied" message. I would like to be able to have anonymous visitors sign my petition and still be able to confirm their signature. I'm not sure what the problem is, but I'm guessing that it has somethign to do with IP validation crashing my network or causing some kind of security flag. Help!

I think I figured out part of the problem: my petition was set to "unpublished." It seems to be working now that my petition is published. I am guessing that the connection problems were unrelated? I'll create a new issue if this happens again. But maybe there should be some sort of warning if the petition is unpublished? When submitting it from a logged in user's view?

in admin/user/permissions, have you set "sign petition" to anonymous users?

My mistake was to let users with no "sign petition" right access to use the form.

That will be fixed
