The resource types list matches the official DataCite vocabulary. Could you create an MR for this?

Created MR with the missing resource types from the DataCite vocabulary.

Based on the patch from @dahousecat — just wrapped it into an MR.

Hi, this all seems fine (MR!4) except ..

'Instrument' => 'Instrument',
'InteractiveResource' => 'InteractiveResource',

are ordered differently.. to what is on https://support.datacite.org/docs/what-are-the-resource-types-for-datacite-dois
