Implement filter tips based on the individually selected filter classes. Use an API so custom filters may be listed as well, e.g. accompany Custom.php (= HTML_BBCodeParser_Flter_Custom class) with Custom.hlp file which contains standardized tips.

Aggregate filter tips when needed (at runtime).
