Is anyone working on Patterns for Drupal 7? Any ideas of how quickly after D7 comes out that Patterns might be available?

Work on D7 version has not started yet. Some portions of the module could be ported relatively easy but certain components would require more or less total rewrite due to the changes in D7. As far as the time estimate goes, it's difficult to say but we definitely want to see patterns ported to D7 as soon as possible. I'm really sorry for not being able to give more concrete answer at the moment.

Although this issue was first: fixed with #1011438: D7 version of Patterns.
