Could you explain a bit how are the theme templates integrated with patternlab? Which one should we modify? how?

Even just some kind of proper documentation on how to get this thing to work would be great. I've never been able to get it running properly using the brief instructions in the README.md

Yes, I agree. More documentation is desperately needed. I have the theme installed, and it appears to be working, I've found the "Atoms, Molecules, Organisms, etc." but I'm not seeing anything within the Drupal interface that seems to have anything to do with those "atomic elements". I am using Pattern Lab "self standing", but I'm having issues with it here in Drupal.
