I'm using the path breadcrumbs module and I figured out how to set a breadcrumb per path. But this requires me to know (in advance) the nid or tid of every node where I want the breadcrumb to appear. I know there's a way to use patterns (not tokens per se) with this module but I haven't been able to figure it out. Can anyone explain the basics?

For example, I can set a breadcrumb for a path like mysite.com/subjects/classes/id
In this example, the id is actually a term id instead of a node id. But it is hardcoded in the path breadcrumbs interface.

How do I update this so that I can go to mysite.com/subjects/classes/* and the same breadcrumb will appear regardless of the term id?

I'd be happy to add to the module's documentation and/or create a screencast once I've got it implemented
