First off, great module. I love it.

However, I like the D7 overlay module and use it when editing nodes. Unfortunately the Extended Path Alias effectively disables this functionality. It clearly ignores the settings in admin/appearance that "choose which pages should be displayed with the administration theme". The problem is that it uses the desired administration theme, but does not use the overlay.
