How to change default alias?

Hi all,

I have searched the site for this issue, but haven't found anything.

The problem is:
1. Suppose, I created a node and assigned alias to it.
2. The created alias (let's name it "path1") becomes default url for this node.
3. I want to change the name, but also want to leave the node accessible with the previous alias.
4. I go to the URL Aliases and create new alias from "path2" to the node.

How to make the "path2" to be default? Is the only way is to change previous ("path1") to "path2" and create new entry for "path1"?

I have even started to think about creating "path order" module, which will swap contents of two alias records in the db in order to set "default" alias.
