Suggestion to Improve some things in patch manager

thanks for this wonderful module that has help a lot since years.
But i will like to suggest :

- in the list off added patch , we may have a column that give the actual status of the module : Patched, reverted.
- in the admin/content , patch should be exclude by default so that user may not , when delete all node, delete the patch node.

Are those request possible or unnecessary ?
currently for the second request i am managing it with the admin_views module where i filter by default in view, the patch node.
