See no change after patch instalation, is the patch manager working right?

Hello,

I just installed the patch for module

Rooms

rooms-minimumstay-1265276-12.patch but I can´t see improvement in the rooms module.
The new patch displays in Patch Manager list.

Folder atributes on: default 555 (tried too 777),files 777,patches 775, rooms-minimumstay-1265276-12.patch 775 (tried too 777) but saw no change so set up all atributes back to original value.
URL to node shows only in german language mutation (patch): http://www.testuj-to.cz/node/340

I installed second patch (which is according users working right) for module

l10n_update

from
https://drupal.org/files/issues/l10n_update-upgrade-path-1236528-9.patch

and still no improvement in

l10n_update module
