Readd data filter in extended search

Problem/Motivation

Improve performance in PastEventViewsData queries and readd value in extended search
Readd past_event_value in extended search view that was deleted in #2403659: Port past_form to Drupal 8, add it checking performance, we deleted, because it was doing a triple join, so we have to find a way to readd this having in mind performance and without breaking past_event_log_form_and_validation filters that have no tests yet #2633188: Add test for past_event_log_form_and_validation filters
