The custom date formatting provided by Partial Date does not appear to be showing the ante meridiem and Post meridiem values after the hour for 12-hour times.

I just found and fixed year, I can not remember if I did time. I'll check tonight again, but the dev solution may already be fixed :)

This should be fixed in #1651586: Formatter will always used previously saved custom date format settings, reopen if you have issues.
