Add a feature to disable/hide/unpublish paragraphs [#3590366]

Problem/Motivation

As described in #3562182: Temporarily disable individual paragraph items , it would be useful to have a feature that besides cloning, add above... takes advantage of the unpublished status from paragraphs and disables it in the widget.

Proposed resolution

Add a new feature, proposed name: "Disable" but it could be "Unpublish" to match the status field label or "hide.
