is there any scheduled plan for deploying the next Panopoly Version that takes care of the critical core update at the 28. of March 2018?

We always do a Panopoly release the same or next day of a security release that affects Drupal core or contrib used in Panopoly. This won't be any different! :-) We'll do our best to get a new Panopoly release as soon as possible.
