When trying to install panopoly using drush si a unrecovereable error appear.

The very same command works on version 7.x-1.11

Command run:
drush si panopoly --db-url=mysql://root:@localhost/test1 --account-name=admin --account-pass=admin

in MigrationBase::getInstance() (line 444 of
/var/www/test/docroot/profiles/panopoly/modules/contrib/migrate/includes/base.inc).

(output started at /usr/share/php/drush/includes/output.inc:38) in
drupal_send_headers() (line 1224 of
/var/www/test/docroot/includes/bootstrap.inc).
MigrateException: No migration found with machine name PanopolyDemoNode in MigrationBase::getInstance() (line 444 of /var/www/test/docroot/profiles/panopoly/modules/contrib/migrate/includes/base.inc).
Drush command terminated abnormally due to an unrecoverable error.

In fact this is affecting v1.12 too, v1.11 is ok.
Install through the visual wizard is ok in latest versions as well.
