Update to Drupal 7.30 (fixes regression in 7.29)

There was a regression in the Drupal 7.29 security release that did affect Panopoly:

#2305017: Regression: Files or images attached to certain core and non-core entities are lost when the entity is edited and saved

Updating to Drupal 7.30 will fix it!
