I am in need of a plugin that can add selection rules for custom user profile fields. Let me give you an example:
I have the need to allow my users to choose between a portrait and landscape layout of my site. Currently, I have setup a profile field called "Select Layout" where users can choose in their profile whether they would like a 0|Landscape or 1|Portrait layout.

Currently this shows up as an option for a selection rule. The problem is it seems to be looking for the "Select Layout" field on the current page, as opposed to looking for it in the user's profile. So, seeing as I am on my home page and not a user page, "Select Layout" is not set anywhere on the current page -- it needs to look to the user's account to get the setting.
