Selecting any of the style modifiers (primary, success, info etc.) under general settings don't persist on saving, it just reverts to default.

There are no console errors.

I'm using Panopoly and Seven as the admin theme. I've tried with alternative themes but still no success.

There have been several updates to dev and I am not seeing this behavior with the seven admin theme. I have not been able to get panopoly for Drupal 7 installed to test with that. Please let me know if you are still having the same issue with the current dev.
